Synopsis: A
tapered glass wand designed for g-spot stimulation. Features bumps to add
clitoral fun.
Our Review: This
product is similar to one we reviewed last month, called the
Arch D' Venus.
The differences, however, are many and make this device far more
versatile.
First, the Helix
is made from Pyrex glass, which gives it more weight and a far
more beautiful appearance. It also contains color, which the folks
at Xhale Glass were nice enough to customize for us in a nice
shade of gold/yellow. Finally, the Helix is thicker (1.25" at its
thickest point) and adds raised bumps for clitoral stimulation
possibilities even while inserted. In short, this baby can do just
about anything and go just about anywhere your body desires.
When Freddy and I
took it for a test drive, I was amazed at how ergonomically agile
the Helix is designed. I could hold it in a variety of positions
and maneuver it effortlessly. For penetration, the angled tip is
sized small enough to insert comfortably and I was pleased to see
that I could hit my clit with the raised bumps with the Helix
inside. The opposite end is just as easy to use and is a tad
thicker and longer for deeper probing. I can see this toy being
easily used for anal stimulation down the road and Freddy and I
was satisfied with using it with my hubby and solo.
In summation,
this glass piece is AWESOME. We purchased a few to sell in our
store, so if you're interested,
click over and give the Helix your
consideration!
Freddy says: I
knew this toy would be a hit the minute I saw it at AVN a few
weeks back (January 2005). The piece is certainly one of the
better looking I've seen and the sizing seemed right for my
size-conscious wife. The Helix did not disappoint and we've bumped
a couple of other items out of our Devine toy box to make space
for it. It's a bit pricier than most of the glass we endorse, but
the craftsmanship and design warrant it. I still have yet to get
my usual "solo show" from Eddy, but that will be taken care of
soon, I'm sure!
