Eddy's Review: The DVD title “Lifestyles” popped out at us since it was the topic of many discussions when our showroom/boutique was open.  The term “lifestyles” aka “swinging” has crossed across many lips within many relationships it seems.  So, when “Lifestyles” DVD by Wicked Pictures appeared, we had to give it a whirl. 

Stormy Daniels, a contract performer for Wicked Pictures for many years, directs “Lifestyles”.  Having a woman direct this film really makes a difference, as a woman director tends to look at a scene much differently than a man, especially in adult films. 

The first scene starts off the film with a story line of a couple celebrating their anniversary by first sending off the kids to Grandma's, hence having the home just to the two of them to (of course) have great sex.  But after the first sex scene, Stormy Daniels, who is the main character changes to first person and talks to the camera as if she is talking to you personally and setting up the premise of the story.  The basis is that she and her husband of 7 years had hit a rut in their sex lives and this story is how she and her husband tried and ventured into the unknown territory of sex play to try and spice things up.  They tried dressing up for each other, role-playing, and even attempted watching porn.  They all end up in disaster, but then they are introduced to the “lifestyle” by a couple of friends, where at first they are voyeurs and then end up finding that indeed they've found the spice they needed. 

There are 4 normal sex scenes and 1 group at the end.  What I really enjoyed about this film is that they covered the exact questions that arise when people are looking into the “Lifestyle” and addressing them correctly.  Of course there are many questions and issues that they didn’t cover, but it is a porn movie, not an educational one.  Overall, I liked the movie.  It was a topic that interested me, yet it was spicy enough for me to get hot and heavy with Freddy.  Thumbs up!

Freddy say: Not much to add other than I certainly enjoy Stormy Daniels as director. Her scenes sparkle with enthusiasm and my wife seems to get revved up pretty nicely when she's on screen.
